Circuit Media is seeking an experienced copy editor to join our team of communicators. This position will be staffed in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 5 years total editing experience, along with a BA/BS in journalism or a related field. Your job duties include assisting writers on publications and projects, ensuring the resulting material is free of errors, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. You will be responsible for creating concise, understandable and easy to read content, utilizing various style guides. Experience working with multiple writers (making sure voice is consistent) and multiple versions are key.
