Politician: U.S. Senator Joni Earnst

The office of Senator Joni Ernst seeks qualified candidates for an open Legislative Counsel/Assistant position. The position will cover a variety of policy areas including judiciary (including life and 2nd amendment) issues, homeland security, rules, ethics, patents, and others. Law degree desirable but not required for well-qualified applicants, and 3+ years of relevant work experience.  Previous Hill experience as well as Iowa ties are highly desired. Excellent writing skills, ability to effectively communicate, and desire to work in a collaborative team environment are required. The office is an equal opportunity employer.
