Delegate (VA-30) Nick Freitas is a battle-tested, battle-ready constitutional conservative. Nick is a compassionate conservative involved in the grassroots Republican movement since the age of 15. Endorsed by the National Association for Gun-rights, Nick maintains a 100% rating with the NRA and Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL). Nick Freitas is proudly endorsed by Sen. Mike Lee, Sen. Rand Paul, VA Majority Leader – Del. Todd Gilbert, Former Gubernatorial Candidate and Distiller - Denver Riggleman, Conservative Activist - Martha Boneta, and Freedom Works. Nick enlisted in the United States Army after High School. Following the tragic events of September 11th, 2001, Nick served two combat tours as a Green Beret in the Middle East. After Nick’s service as a Green Beret, he became Director of Operations for a service-disabled, veteran-owned defense contractor. Nick is currently serving his second term as a Virginia House of Delegates member, originally elected in 2015. He is a defender of the Right-to-life movement and has sworn to uphold and protect the Constitution. Nick and his wife, Tina, and their three children live in Culpeper, VA.
