Comparative Campaigning

Comparative campaigning is campaign strategy based on straightforward comparisons between the policies, qualities, and qualifications of a candidate and an opponent(s) without using any negative campaign tactics.

Example:

John Stevens is pro-life and Samantha Jones is pro-choice.

Those are clear policy differences and are not in and of themselves negative statements or attacks.
