Americans value the right to privacy as individuals, in the home, on personal property, in relationships, and in families. It is necessary to continue to fiercely defend those rights.
The issue of privacy rights will need to be re-evaluated as the development of the Internet has revealed a new type of space that was previously unknown and inaccessible.
