Financial Regulation

Responsible regulations are important to protect financial institutions, investors, and consumers. Regulations should be updated, and streamlined to allow for innovation, competition, growth, and efficiency while providing the most accurate and pertinent information to all those concerned regarding the options and risks pertaining to the financial decisions being made.

Financial institutions and investors should be free to invest their capital in ways that they deem to be most beneficial to them within the confines of the law, and borrowers should be properly educated as to the risks and terms of the financial agreement that they are entering into.
